This scholarship is designed for students seeking a college education who have demonstrated a commitment to mental health advocacy and are passionate about advancing mental health initiatives to positively impact their communities and beyond. 

• Essay response of 500-800 words to the following questions: How you have contributed to mental health awareness through advocacy? Describe any groups or support structures you’ve created or contributed to. In what ways have your efforts helped to build a more inclusive, supportive environment for those navigating mental health struggles? 

• Academic resume 

• Current transcript (can be official or unofficial) 

• Educator recommendation letter  

• 1-2 pictures/videos/media showing your involvement in action (optional) 

• Color headshot suitable for website posting
